On/off hire bunker surveys
On/Off Hire bunker surveys are carried out as per industry requirements. We report the actual bunkers found on board, and will never allow ourselves to be influenced by parties involved to report anything else.
Using the fuel consumption figures noted by the vessel’s chief engineer and comparing them to the consumption as noted in the charter party we calculate the quantity of fuel on board at point of delivery or re-delivery of the vessel.
As have carried out thousands of on and off hire bunker surveys, we have developed extensive knowledge regarding consumption figures which aid us in reviewing consumption figures noted in the vessel’s engine room logbook.
